New Progress in Swiss-Type Power Head R&D—Efficiency Meets Compact Design

TWOYOUNGER introduces a new Swiss-type power head focused on efficient transmission, compact structure and high rigidity—improving machining performance and reliability.

Addressing the limited work envelope and high accuracy demands of Swiss-type machines, the TWOYOUNGER R&D team has launched a new-generation high-performance Swiss-type power head. An integrated high-rigidity structure plus optimized gear mesh and lubrication raise transmission efficiency by 15%. The series supports multi-axis synchronization and non-standard interface customization for a wide range of automated Swiss-type lathes.
The new power head also uses high-temperature bearings and sealing for stable performance under long high-speed cuts. TWOYOUNGER will continue expanding solutions for micro parts and complex structures to help customers raise productivity and process accuracy.
